1. Ordering

  • Anyone can place an order without an account.
  • Account registration is optional and provides benefits like saved addresses and order history.
  • Orders are confirmed only after a confirmation phone call from our staff.
  • If you do not answer or provide incorrect information, your order may be cancelled.

2. Delivery & Pickup

  • Deliveries are carried out exclusively by our restaurant team.
  • Delivery fees depend on your postcode and are displayed during checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time is 40–60 minutes, but this may vary based on traffic, weather, or order volume.
  • If you choose pickup, preparation usually takes 20–30 minutes, depending on workload.
  • When collecting a pickup order, please state that it was placed through the website, give your name, and confirm the items ordered.
  • We accept only cash payments for all orders, whether for delivery or pickup.

3. Modifications & Additional Charges

  • Requests such as extra toppings may incur additional charges, discussed during the confirmation call.
  • We reserve the right to decline or modify orders based on availability or operational reasons.

4. Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can be cancelled or changed only by phone within 5 minutes of being placed.
  • After that, preparation may have begun and cancellation might not be possible.

5. Replacements & Refunds

  • If a dish arrives spilled, contains hair, or includes any foreign object, we will exchange it for the same dish.
  • The original dish must be returned in full, and you must provide proof (e.g., a photo).
  • Refunds are generally not offered; an exchange is our standard remedy.
  • Refund requests will be considered on a case‑by‑case basis over the phone and may require further discussion.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate contact and delivery details.
  • Misuse of the system (e.g., fake or duplicate accounts) is prohibited.
  • Repeated failure to collect a pickup order or accept a delivery—without prior communication—may result in suspension or deletion of your account.

7. Service Availability

  • Our service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or peak demand.
  • Certain locations may not be eligible for delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, menu items, images, layout) is the property of our restaurant. Copying or using any content for commercial purposes is strictly forbidden.

9. Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or technical issues.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free use of the website.
  • We are not responsible for failed orders due to user device or internet problems.

10. Privacy

We collect and use your data only for order fulfillment and customer support, in line with our Privacy Policy.
